For your convenience, we will call you to remind you of your appointment, or you can take advantage of our convenient email and texting reminders by registering with us.

Preparing to come

We will call to remind you of your appointment prior to your visit with us. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have about insurance, directions, your provider or your visit. We want you to feel comfortable when you arrive.

What to bring

Please bring your registration paperwork, if you have not previously submitted it, your insurance card and photo ID. We welcome patients without insurance. Please call ahead to confirm our cash fees and make payment arrangements.

Please be prepared to pay your insurance co pay at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Children are welcome

Children are welcome in our office; we are used to the pitter patter of little feet.
